What legal domains does sova360 cover?
sova360 covers 5 domains: Civil, Criminal, Administrative, DEBA (debt enforcement and bankruptcy) and Protection (CAPA). Each domain has specific workflows, forms and templates.
How does the sovereign AI work?
The AI is hosted at Infomaniak in Switzerland. Before each submission, personal data is automatically anonymized (names, SSN, dates, addresses). The AI proposes suggestions that the user validates — it makes no autonomous decisions.
How is Fedlex integrated?
sova360 integrates the complete catalog of federal law articles via the Fedlex API. Legal references in your documents are automatically linked to their official source.
Can sova360 be hosted on our own servers?
Yes. sova360 is designed for self-hosting. You retain full control over your data. We also offer managed hosting in Switzerland.
What mail sources are supported?
sova360 centralizes mail from Justitia.swiss, SFTP, manual upload and Swiss Post. Documents are automatically digitized via OCR and classified by AI.
How is data about minors protected?
The PMIN domain benefits from enhanced anonymization: names reduced to initials, dates of birth systematically redacted, school institutions anonymized. The Protection domain (CAPA) additionally redacts medical data.
